There should be like a wood or hardscape forum no? I do not know where this belongs, but was wondering where you guys got your source of spider wood. I'm looking for bulk and cheap i think everyone else too or at least cheap. Heard hardy85 was a good one, but he not around lately. I checked out bonsai driftwood and they seem to be pretty good. This is down future line, so no hurry.

As far as I know spiderwood doesn't come "cheap" at all. To get the best price you should aim for a store that you pay per kg. I know other stores who don't do this and label pieces like: S,M,L,XL,XXL, this way you pay way more than when paying a price per kg. But this is in The Netherlands...

Puzzle Aquatic has some great stuff. I just aquascaped my 60 with spiderwood I purchased through mrbluepanda here on plantedtank, he has some really nice stuff and pricing wasn't bad at all. I believe he has it all listed in the for sale section here, nicest spiderwood Ive seen lately and shipped/packed very well.

I know you made this about spiderwood,
IMO all spiderwood is, is a root or branch from the amazon. Or another country. And its expensive because of that.

I just use cedar, much cheaper and comes in larger quantity's. (when I use hardscape at all) but its softwood so it only lasts like 5 years.

And again if you want spiderwood go to AA, AquticArts, tell them Nate sent you.

And if you need naturally aged cedar, I can hook you up with that myself(pm).
