Hello,

I have bumped into this pressure controller made by Festo. Do you think it can run like the second stage of a dual stage pressure controller, and replacing a needle valve ?

FESTO LRMA-QS-4 PRESSURE REGULATOR

seems to be worth a shot, as far as my knowledge goes with pneumatic..

hmmm.. listed as a pressure regulator not a flow control valve.
Secondly minimum output listed at about 20L/min for the M5 version.
Seems too high and regulating the wrong thing.

This is not a replacement for a needle valve. A needle valve allows you to control the flow through it, where this only allows you to control the output pressure or the pressure drop across it. It would serve no purpose in a CO2 system.
