Well I heard about some people drinking it, it is sugar wine when completly brewed. I haven't tried it myself, but been thinking of getting some frozen grape juice concentrate and make some cheap grape wine though.what ur not supose to drink it?
yea you tube co2 and home made wine, its almost the same

To answer the original post though, I use
(In a 2L bottle)
2 cups of sugar
1 teaspoon of bakers yeast

Replace them ever 5-7 days, running between 2-4bps, injected via powerhead intake. I maintain 30ppm or slightly above according to my CAL AQUA drop checker.
