Not sure what this is. They didn't have this when I got them last week. Any ideas?

It is a "saddle"containing unfertilized eggs; those are saddled female shrimps.

If you have a male in there, next time she molts you could end up with some fertilized eggs under her tail. Pretty cool to see your first batch of fry show up!
