I have 2 35w 48-60" Fluval Aquasky 2.0. Supposedly give a 44 par each at the top of my substrate. So having 2 should give me 88 Par correct? That would be mid to high light?

Doubling up on lights would not double the PAR, it would double the footprint of the light. You would still have about 44 PAR at the substrate.

PAR represents the quantity of light, which is spread better with two lights. The light intensity of a second light would not raise the PAR very much.

What's pretty important as well is spectrum quality. The usable light is almost as important as how much light you have.
