I've decided that I want to try my hand at the whole shrimp thing, but my girlfriend is going to kill me if I spend any more money on the "stupid fish tank". I was just wondering if anyone had cheap RCS, Amanos, or whatever that they need to get rid of. I don't really care about grade or type, even if they're the ugliest cherry shrimp you've ever seen.

Shipping is the issue on cheap shrimp or plants.
A question is what fish do you keep and will they eat the shrimp?
Most fish will eat baby shrimp just because they fit in their mouth.

Also be wary of compatibility of shrimp and which can interbreed if you ever plan in the future to get a new strain.

I have a few guppies and some neons. I'm sure the guppies will try to eat the shrimp, but my tank is pretty well planted and there are a ton of hiding places. I guess I'll find out soon enough though.
