Thanks, they do seem to be the closest I've found other than red's in AL. I've ordered from them before, but I needed the heat packs as soon as possible and I was hoping for someone closer.

I haven't quite figured out how to explain to a buyer that I can't ship today because two weeks ago, I had heat packs shipped home instead of my apt at school because I thought I'd get to leave earlier for christmas break. I called home to make sure they were shipped, so when they came my mother put them up. We haven't been able to find the heat packs since.

Just explain to to the buyer. If they aren't ok with waiting a few extra days(likely a week now...) then offer a full refund. If they are ok with it, treat them right and give them a little something extra. Life happens, but just treat the buyer right and they will be plenty happy.

i think most people would understand. i would rather have the plants arrive safe take a little longer then faster and might be dead. i have some 72 hours i can send but not very close.
