I would prefer local but may consider shipped fish. What I am looking for is a very bright blue ebjd BABY, so under an inch preferred but will be more than happy to buy a 1-1.5" EBJD. If under an inch I would rather buy local but for 1inch and above shipped is okay depending on price.
BNPs could be short fin or long fin, not standard albino or black.
