Looks like a 10-32 hex nipple and maybe a 1/8" NPT to 10-32 reducer bushing (but can't tell from this angle of the pic). Any of the usual regulator builders on this forum should be able to get these for you (btimmer92, bettatail, oldpunk78, maknwar).

That's a pretty common occurrence. I don't know why more people aren't using the stainless counterpart for that broken piece. I would try bettatail or btimmer for a replacement.
