I have a 10g tank with low light and sandy bottom. It is a shrimp tank. And I can't find any carpet type plants for the bottom. I'd like something that looks like grass or moss.

Can someone give me some names, prices, and links to pics?

glosso and hair grass aren't exactly low light.
