You can buy AS from AFA or ADG (AquaForest and AquaDesignGroup).

Thank you for pointing me in the right direction! I couldn't find it on the ADG shop, but I did find it on the adana-usa site. Shipping is a little high, though.

Try fluval plant stratum, azoo plant grower bed.
A bit cheaper alternatives though pricing will still be high.
