Would this glue be aquarium safe?

It's called a fix-all adhesive, and its made by The original super glue co.

From what i can read from the back i would say NO.
It looks like a kind of rubber contact adhesive of some sort that needs to off gas the harmful vapours to set (hense all the warnings all over it)
