Would this be a good light for a 55g?

Hi, I'm kinda new here and I'm wanting to change my cichlid tank to a planted tank. I'm sort of on a budget and was wondering what you guys thought of this set of lights I found on eBay.

Apparently, you can't link straight to ebay so please search ebay for:
T5 Dual 48" 6500K Aquarium Light Strip
Should be the first one that comes up. I'm always worried about buying "the cheapest thing I can find" because a lot of times, you get what you pay for.

Anyways, I'm not planning on doing anything extravagant concerning plants. Just some basic, easy to grow ones for now. I'm going to use Miracle-Grow Organic and Safe-T for my substrate. I also plan on building one of the DIY paintball CO/2 systems. So pretty much, all I lack is the choice of light. Any info you guys can give me would be great.

Thanks!

Any help would be appreciated.
What size and dimensions are your tank? What plants are you planning to grow exactly? There is plenty of threads already on lighting also you could do a search through the tank journals section to find out what other people use on similar tanks, this should give you all the info you need to make a choice on lighting.
It's a reasonable, for the price. I used to be pro Odyssea as their quality had gone way up from where it had been, but...
The seller IS making a profit. The reflector is a thin piece of metal (is was steel that rusts quite well, I don't know if that is the case this year) A single piece of metal. So two T5HO lamps with a lousy reflector will work on a 55g tank.
A single T5HO strip and decent reflector from your local hydroponics store would cost about the same and be better quality, and light the tank as well or better.
