Here are my specs right now...
45 Gallon Tall Aquarium, 23 inches tall(Probably 20ish with soil to the bottom)
2X Current USA Satellite LED plus lights (PAR value of 28 at 18'' for one)
ADA aqua-soil new amazonia
I also have a pressurized co2 injection system.(Aquatek mini regulator)

I am wondering what my chances are of growing a carpet of Dwarf Baby tears are? Everything in the tank so far is growing great but are mostly beginner plants that require medium to low light. I'm mostly concerned that because of the height of my tank that my lighting is getting too low at the bottom.
