Yes. And adults. Has the potential to create shrimp soup.

You'll definitely need to cover the intake of any filter, powerhead or pump used in a shrimp tank.

50ppi will clog way too quickly. A half inch layer of 20ppi would do the trick for adults for sure and likely fry, too.

What about shrimp babies? I hear one needs 50ppi for them? On the other hand, i suppose people be using sponge filters at that point, but i have a canister filter.
