Found many of these worms & transparent small snails today in aqua soil.. what to do. Pls help... I think they are feeding on my soil..

Most likely either detritus worms or planaria. Usually a sign of excess nutrients in the soil. If they are detritus worms (I suspect they are) they aren't really harmful, just unsightly. The good news is they should die off I've the excess detritus is cleared. There's probably ways to treat them and maybe someone else can help you there, I've always dealt with them by vacuuming, water changes and patience.
