I am researching putting to gether my own pressurized co2 system.. Saw this new co2 regulator on CL in Sacramento and was wondering if it would be able to be used for an aquarium? Any thoughts or suggestions?

you're looking for something where you can adjust the outlet pressure (psi). This one adjusts flow rate.

Thanks... trying to find a deal butI am thinking I will just bite the bullet and buy a regulator designed for what I need. Any brands recommended? I keep hearing stay away from aquatek.

Got any beer brewer places nearby? I find the single stage from them works well enough for me. I favor getting new over buying the unknown from auction sites. Around $55-60 but without the solenoid, needle valve, etc.
One I use as a place to start?
