I have the same exact amount of light on my 75 gallon with great results.

Do you have pressurized CO2? If not then that is certainly too much light.

Also, if those are the only plants you are going to have in there than you don't need that much light, but I assume that you are going to have others as well.

I would say without CO2 injection and routine dosing of ferts...you may have an algae farm.
Does the fixture have 2 switches so you can run to bulbs at a time?
If so, you could use 2 bulbs as a burst, or keep them off until you decide to grow high light plants.

i probably will not have CO2 to start with and i will only be dosing Plant Grow and Excel maybe even K. maybe african cichlid buffer to help the vals.

the plan for the tank is to do
easy plants
tanganyikan cichlids
JUST LIKE COLTONORR's tank
saw the lighting on your tank coltonorr how is the growth
including algae...hows that

the growth is very, very slow. But I have no algae on plants...none.
I dose excel after water changes...so maybe 2x a month.
I am actually breaking that tank down soon.

Actually, I think I remember seeing someone trying to sell greenwater, as food for fry or something like that. Did I imagine that, or did that really happen? LOL at the thought, anyway. :)

That's not true, actually, as greenwater is very good food for many types of fry. From invertebrates to some kinds of fish.
