Probably not enough on an English base to support the time to translate and reformat it and everything for a small base. Just business. Would you run a burger restaurant if all you sold was like 4 burgers a day? It's not worth the money to go in and prep all the food and clean and cook for 4 burgers. They are probably in the same situation.
