[Simplicity]

I recently did my first iwwagumi styled aquarium. I have 96W T5HO in a 60P tnak.

The HC is planted in Aquasoil Amazonia II with CO2 injection at 2-3bps.
Some HC Looks great and is growing nice and horizontally (2 inches now in 2 weeks!)

and some other HC is turning white like snow, and 1 or 2 HC look dead....

Brand new tank, submerged when planted ........ Research tells me iron deficiency ... but its brand new AquaSoil.....

No algae problems with photo period of approx 10 hrs......

Any ideas? My Phertz complete systme arrives Friday ... i was told a 1/4 recommended dose for my new tank is OK but not even needed till at least 1-2 months.

I'm not familiar with AquaSoil, but does it actually contain iron?

I am having similar problems and will eventually get Fertilizers, but I think I'm gonna get FloraPride this week since most of my dwarf sag is turning a pale white color.

Should recieve my micronutrients (includes iron) on Friday. Will update this thread in afew days to see if it helps.
