You don't say what dosage you are using or what size tank you are dosing into. More info is needed to help you, but it looks like you are dosing both too little and incompletely, None of those are providing everything that is needed for healthy plant growth. I'm not that familiar with the Flourish line, but I don't see any listings for a full NPK content.

Looks really cloudy... is the tank cycled? Too much ammonia could be the culprit.
Yes it's cycled ammonia is 0

I'm flowing Seachems directions for a 60-gallon I'm also trying to restart this plan

According to your posting, you aren't dosing anything with Phosphorus, which is one of the macro ferts you need to complete plants requirements. You also have implied(?) you have a 60gallon tank, but you haven't actually said so we still can't tell how much you are feeding the ferts you do have listed.
