Hi everyone, recently I've just started a new tank with dry start method for about a week now. I have HC (dwarf baby tears) and i believe i'm on a right path. Today I notice some white little thing in a pool of water in the corner of my tank and there is no plants in there. All my plants are in the higher ground. I'm a beginner so I don't really know what that white thing is. Is it good or bad for a new tank? Any helps are really appreciated.

Here is a video I took:

It is better to watch in 720p.

Too much water can cause fungus to grow. Just syphon some out and mix a little excel in your mister and spray away. However it looks like a oily slick in that picture.
