Hey there,
I have a suspicion that my ember tetra which I purchased yesterday got white spot disease. I immediately took out my neocaridinas as I later applied Sera Costapur meds which are not tolerated by invertebrates. But I also had two nerite snails in that tank.
Besides the infected tank I have another one where I thought I could place my snails, but am hesitant. Do you think the snails could carry the disease into the other tank? I do not want to place them with the shrimps into a bowl with a little bit of moss as there would not be any algae for them to feed on. What's your take on this?
