Part of the driftwood is above the water in my new setup, and has some white mold growing on it with some black species which i don't know name is it is spreading on my floating plants can any one justify what is that and how to get rid of it

black spot between two leaves is that insect/worm its has hard shell dosen't move while looking but it's spreading
