Not sure what it is. Just noticed it today. Looks like a large grain of salt on its side. Can anyone help?

That looks way to big to be ich. That's all I got though.

I would salt the tank or move it to a qt and salt it. One of my fish had something like that and it got bigger until I threw some salt in and it healed

it looks like the fish got cut and fungus started to grow on the infected area. maybe salt will help!
this is definitely not incurable, and the fish can heal. I hope you can help it get better!
