So one/some of my fish are eating the new shoots from the red melon sword and my new lace plant. I dont know if the lace plant will last since all the new growth gets eaten. Also some one is chewing on the anubias. I haven't caught anyone though. Here are the fish
roseline barb 5
lemon tetra 8
black neon 8
one bushynose pleco
gold ring hill stream loach 6
one rosy barb
pearl gourami 3
Laetacara araguaiae 5
Trachelyichthys decaradiatus 4
and some ottos
anyone know which the culprit would be?
Does my lace plant have chance?

Also want to add some serpae tetras are they plant eaters?

it could be your roseline barbs or rosy barb

i would guess the gourium....as they do eat algae

Laetacara araguaiae... maybe. Rosey barb... maybe. BN pleco... very likely. I use Rubberlip plecos.

My BN pleco hasn't eatin any of my plants so that's not very likely.

so my anubias are now getting ravaged! I have lettuce in there and the only fish I can catch eating it is the bn. Should I remove him then? If so how do you catch a pleco in a heavily planted tank?

I feed this tank every other day. will feeding daily help? As I am sure all you do, I have a lot of time and money in this tank and this is kind of upsetting.
