Which type of aponogeton is this?

I've been looking in the plant database and I even used the search function and I still can't figure it out. It never grows above 6" and it doesn't flower.

Any thoughts and input are welcome,

Aponogeton undulatus.

It should grow much more than 6".

Thanks. I've had it for nearly 2 years now and it's never gotten over 6". It's thrown offspring like this before but it was only one that time. Right now it's got 4. Thanks for your help Momo.
