Heading to the LFS shortly and wondering what snails would I need to pick up. Have a 90 gallon, algae not a problem right now, but thought I'd look at getting some snails for their benefits. Tanks folks.

If your tank has sand substrate I'd recommend some Malaysian trumpet snails to sift the sand for you. Do you have any other fauna (fish) or aquatic plants in the tank right now? If so what do you have?

I have silica sand with natural gravel mixed in. I do have 2 clown loaches, and they will be coming out I would imagine.

+1 for MTS, ramshorn look cool, nerite snails are the best for algae and they don't breed in freshwater.
