Which pump should I get....?

My tank is 120(L)x30(W)x40X(H) (146L)

I am torn between:

Hydor Koralia Nano Evolution 1600

and

Hydor Koralia Evolution 3200

Basically I want the most amount of flow around my tank although i do not want it to disturb my plants.
