I recently bought red root floaters with Salvinia. It also came with some duckweed that I have been removing. However I noticed a couple of specimens of this species. To me, it didn't look like Red rooters or Salvinia because of both it's elongated leaf shape at much longer root system. I looked up Amazon Frogbit and saw that the leaves looked different. Any ideas?

Dwarf water lettuce is just water lettuce. Not dwarf, only juvenile. Given time and proper conditions it’ll get up to full size. Pistia stratiotes is also the lone floating member of the Araceae (Aroid/Arum) family. When happy they’ll produce tiny inflorescence, even on juvenile plants. They reproduce a little faster than red root floaters but with a little work it makes keeping them small simple.
