In the future, I'm thinking of growing emersed carpeting plants for new projects and maybe selling some of it to fellow TPT members.

Whenever I see the dimensions "2x2" or "3x3" from others selling plants, is it really a small square with those dimensions? I keep thinking it'll end up looking smaller than it would be.

Yes it exactly 2" x 2" measured out.
