after i turn on the co2 and the low pressure gauge says 10 or w/e
or
before i turn on the co2 but still when my high pressure valve is turned all the way off?
or

From your previous thread, when you are opening the main CO2 tank valve, the high pressure gauge should read the tank pressure.

You then slowly dial in the regulator knob (turning clockwise) until you reach a desired working/delivery pressure (about 10-30 PSI). Then, you turn on your solenoid, and finally, adjust the CO2 flow with your needle valve.

So, I suppose your first situation that you described would be when you plug in your solenoid.
