What's wrong with these plants.

Attached is a picture of my Crypt Wendtii. I know that Crypt's experience Crypt rot when being moved, but these were planted almost a month ago now and they don't look like their leaves are disintigrating, but they aren't growing either. To me the Crypts look like something is wrong. Are they dead? Should I pull them out? Or perhaps they are missing something nutrient wise?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The picture is out of focus.

Whats the lighting, substrate, co2 if any? tank specs?
Looks like they have algae on the leaves. Nothing wrong with that.
Lighting is 2w/gal.
47 Gallon Tall Tank
5 ml Excel dosed daily
3 ml Flourish dosed 1-2/week
No-CO2 (I want to go this route but I have a bubble wand in the tank and I don't want to get rid of it. So I am assuming adding CO2 would be pointless as long as I keep the wand in the tank, correct?)

Ammonia=0
Nitrites=0
Nitrates=0 (yes the tank is cycled but I think my plants are consuming all nitrates)

I was thinking these plants would be some of my best growers, but they actually have been outdone by plants that are supposed to require more light than I have.

yes, you are correct.
Could I ask one more unrelated question...

With the bubble wand in there it obviously produces a lot of bubbles :).

I have a lot of very very tiny bubbles that are suspended throughout the entirety of the tank. If I look on the underside of some of my plant I see bubbles along the veins of the leaves of some of my plants (esp. the Hygro Coryambosa). I was wondering is this pearling or is this just bubbles from the bubble wand being circulated throughout the tank and then landing on my plants? Also if it is pearling are the "very very tiny" bubbles in the tank likely from pearling or from the bubblewand?
it's pearling. Plants producing O2. It's sign of photosynthesis..

I think your plants are starving, that's why it's not growing. You need to dose nitrogen, Potassium, phosphate, & other trace elements.

or you can downgrade your tank to a low tech tank. Where you rarely does, no CO2 (or a little) , maybe 1-2 w/g of light for maybe only 8 hours a day.

I would agree it's a lack of nutrition.
You say that for a low tech tank you only want 2wpg and put the light only on for 8 hours a day...well how much time should lights be on in a non-low tech tank per day?
