[Nothingness]

I picked up a 4 bulb shop light yesterday from home depot. I am running 4 48" T8 32w 6500k daylight bulbs. Am I still in the low light spectrum with this setup or would this be considered medium light. I have it sitting on top of a 55g tank which is 18" deep.
