What's going on with my dwarf lily?

The past few weeks it's been worse. First just 2 holes. No big deal them over the weeks it's been slowly getting bad. One leaf fell off out of nowhere. Pads seem fine it's just the leaves. My aponogeton hybrids are looking a little bad to. Crypts are doing great though along with the Java fern. I dose ferts and had this bulb for going for a year now without moving it.

For the past year I've been dosing seachem flourish Monday and Friday's. Just sand for the substrate. But that's it.
Currently the plants are only being supplied micro nutrients. Your plants are probably suffering from macro deficiencies (NPK). You will need to get some macro fertilisers, the dry salts would be KNO3, KH2PO4 and K2SO4. Start dosing these regularly and you should see improvement. PPS Pro regime could be good if you want a guide. I assume the tank is low-tech.

Thank you very much! I'll look into it. Yes it is low tech. It's my first tank with more than just Java fern and Anubias lol
You don't neccesarily have to follow the regimes but I find it easier to. Since, it is low-tech you won't have to start dosing tonnes, but definitely feed the plants decently.
