What type of anchor to use?

Hello,
This is a very simple question. What type of string, wire, or fishing line can be used to secure items together and be submerged in the aquarium without dissolving over a period of time?

Thanks

What kind of items are you looking to secure/fasten together?

Plants can be tied down with fishing line, but you wouldn't want to (say) tie two rocks together with fishing line...
Krazy Glue "advanced" gel is an alternative to using string or fishing line to tie down things. There are also epoxies that are aquarium safe

I am going to create a moss wall in my Nano tank. The anchor was to fasten the suction cups and the two pieces of plastic grid together to sandwich the moss.
Here is what i did using airline suction cups. First i snipped the "o" on the end that holds the airline tubing making it look more like a "c". Then i cut a piece of grid out of the plastic mesh and pulled the cut pieces through with pliers. No glue and no fishing line required.

Cutting the "o" part isnt necessary, but it makes it less visible until the moss fills in.
