It is brown and looks like small dots on the glass... does not seem to be on any plants... Only have SAES and two RCS for clean up crew... waiting for my LFS to get some OTTOS in soon...

What is it and how to get rid of it? should I just scrape the glass for now? or will it cause it to spread?

Lights: 260W over a 75 gal (130W for 2 hours full 260W for 5hours then back to 130W for the last 1-2 hours) , inj co2, EI dosing, about A week and a half old set-up

Looks like brown algae. Likely to appear in new set-ups. Ottos will take care of those, or you could just scrub them off.

liljmn's advice looks dead on. It's most likely diatoms, which are pretty much unavoidable in a new tank. They usually fizzle out on their own in a couple weeks, but otocinclus cats will make a snack out of it too.
