I'm thinking of ordering shrimp this weekend. I already have blue pearls, sakura, tiger, yellow and cardinals. I was thinking of either SSS crs, orange, golden/white/blue bee, red rili or ordering more yellow or cardinals since those are slowly dying with no babies. What should I do?

You should try to see what is causing your yellows and cardinals to die first. Why spend more on them when you already have them. But if i where you i would pick up some sss crs but they are a little picky on thier water parameters.
