I don't want them to interbreed so I'd like to know what other colorful shrimp I can put with them besides Amano shrimp?

I'm not sure if Rili are specifically named, but the scientific names should help sort it out.

If I'm not mistaken any Neocaridina will interbreed with Rilis. I would suggest looking at Caridinas, depends on your water parameters though.
