what plants to add to my 20g?

This is a recent video of my 20g long planted tank.

I'm thinking of moving the rock formation to the left side and moving the crypt balansae in its place, as the HOB filter is always blowing against the plants below. I also want to replace the java moss that's tied to the top of the rocks, as it keeps getting tangled with the other plants.

Any recommendations on what to replace the moss with? Also, what plants would you add, considering lighting is 18w T5NO, no ferts or root tabs, and Seachem Flourite substrate? I'm especially interested in foreground carpet plants.
