i have a 60gal....no co2

I must choose
between 2x T8 30W (one is red light and the other is white from Boyu)

or 2x28W T5 normal


I was using both and i got an algae problem now i will use only one of those...so which one will be better??

my tank is 24inch high..

I would probably use the T5no. Either way 24 inches off the substrate both of those lights are gonna be low light, but I would probably avoid the red light.

Yes it is low light.... i had DIY co2 in my tank and unfortunately i got BBA....

I now stopped DIY co2...

Do you guys think that i can still use the T5 and also the T8 ....
that is 108W over my tank (without any co2) ....???

(the t5 is 24Wx2,did a mistake)

its been 4 years now since i have this tank..my plants were growing very well before i got an algae bloom...
I have re done everything now and stopped DIY co2...
