What light bulbs for a 90 gallon tank???

I have a VHO ballast 1500MA and a Power Compact ballast 65 Watts X2.

I have no light bulbs for them.

I was planning on going lowtech but I have these ballasts lying around from my old reef tank.

I need light bulbs no bigger than 48 inches any suggetions...
