Looks like a pond snail. They multiply very fast if you over feed. They lay eggs and do so quickly. Only luck I had with them was yoyo loaches. They are great for algae. If u can avoid overfeeding their population won't explode. They have never put a hole in any of my plants. They are great at cleaning debris off larger leaves like anubias and bacopa without damaging the leaf in my experience.
