There are multiple shrimp species sold as ghost shrimp. Most pretty much look the same. They'll color up a bit after a few days in your tank, mine always look strange when i buy them but pattern up once established.
Most ghost shrimp require some salinity to hatch and then they go through a larval stage and if nothing eats them they'll need access to a lot of infusoria... I wouldn't worry about it
