how do you diffuse DIY CO2
can you use a ceramic diffuser
i know bubble ladders and airstones work
and venturi powerheads

I have a Hagen elite mini filter as a diffuser/reactor and it works great!

yes, you can use DIY CO2 and the glass/ceramic combos...it jus takes time..and wastes CO2 towards the end when you cant make enough pressure...also the jelly coating that will appear on the diffuser after some time is a pain to clean...

so, like always...I point people in the direction of CO2 reactors

or build your own for slightly less

either way...jus add a powerhead and they are close to 100% efficient..which makes them about 812342x better than glass/ceramic and about 20x better than step ladders (Ive bought all three)

I diffuse CO2 through my XP2 canister. I now have pressurized, but I used to diffuse DIY through the canister also. If the BPS is too high, it will "burp" on you. Otherwise it's a very good method. Normally I don't see any bubbles coming out of the spraybar at all.
