What kind of bulb does this fixture take?

I got this light a long time ago with a tank I bought and I thought I could use it over a 20 long but the bulb is the wrong temp. The bulb has zero markings on it so haven't been able to go looking for a replacement. The fixture is called all glass aquarium 36" deluxe florescent aquarium reflector. It's bigger than the 20 long that I want to put it over but I think it should be fine.

Looks like maybe a T8
Just get the diameter...
A T8 lamp (on the right in the figure below) is eight-eighths of an inch, or one inch (2.54 cm), in diameter. Both T12 and T8 lamps use the medium bi-pin base, which allows T8 lamps to fit into the same luminaires as T12 lamps of the same length
t12 12/8ths.. T5 (any variety) 5/8th inches in diameter..

Ok cool I'll be sure to check when I get home. What level of lighting would a singular lamp of each size put me at over a 20 long
