Hello!!
My tank has been set up for a couple months at this point I recently put a pair of pygmy corys in it.

Originally I thought the algae was diatoms but as it's been a while and it has not gone away I'm thinking it's not that as well as some patches have become green and a bit stringy in some bits.

Would a couple days of blackout kill the algae? That's what I've read is probably the best option for me so far. Ty for the info!
