I'm doing a lowlight tank, well a couple really...
And I want to stick a bulb or two in the mix thats really gonna make the colours on my fish POP! I want the blues and yellows and reds to reallly stand out.. What temperature/color should I be looking for...?

I like the actinic, as I have been told on here the 460nm spectrum works good in planted tanks.

Ya actinics suck for plants but they make your fish look awesome.
