Pick it out with a pair of tweezers and drop it in either a cup of bleach ,or boiling water , or water with LOTSof salt ,or just take it outside and drop it on the sidewalk

Or take it out and sprinkle salt directly on it(fun to watch)

Yup, a leech. Do as either above have said.
Some of those can be nasty so do remove right it ASAP before it harms any fish (some eat plants) and lays any eggs.

Cook it up with some garlic and olive oil.
