bought some java moss awhile back while doing a dry start.. started spreading great and then this started sprouting in - very thin and feather like. I really love the look of it just wondering what it is

Thanks fishcrazee. After doing some more research I have concluded it is
Clado or Cladophora aegagropila. I think this it the plant moss balls are made of.
Wondering how it got into my tank?
Also Is this good or bad to have in your tank like this.
